There are times when I worry about our future in France (quite a few times, as it happens!) Our adventure is not for the faint hearted.  Will I make a success of the gite business? Will I make enough money to live on? Will we starve? Will my children be walking barefoot to school in Winter?

Here though, is an article packed with relevant information on advertising and marketing that I may find useful in the future.

When I first read about Ryanair charging extra for ‘larger’ passengers, I was quite unfazed by it…after all it is the sort of thing they would do!

But the more I chewed it over, the more I thought it was the sort of thing that my favourite news website, Newsbiscuit, would run. And lo and behold, it turns out it is a Newsbiscuit article and well worth reading too…it had me laughing anyway! I even laugh at the photo of the smiling Ryanair girl! Classic stuff!

I was checking through YouTube for Monsieur Hulot stuff. There doesn’t seem to be much but I did find this one…for some reason it reminds me of an Escher picture. Oh, and Jaques Tati reminds me of Eric Morecombe…..he seems to be haunting me at the moment!
